You can apply for a permit to park on a garage forecourt on an estate with a parking scheme.

What you need to apply

You must have a valid garage licence and provide your garage rent reference number.

You must provide proof of your address, which can be a photo of:

• your driving licence
• a DWP letter
• your tenancy agreement or mortgage letter

Where you can park

You can only use the permit to park on your garage forecourt. You cannot use it to park anywhere else on the estate or in a controlled parking zone.
