Contact the homelessness prevention service

If you’re at risk of homelessness within the next 56 days then get in touch as soon as possible so we can help prevent you becoming homeless. You can do this online using our housing options self-referral form.

If you are already homeless you can also use the form or contact 020 8489 1000 if you have nowhere safe to stay.

You will need an email address to complete the form, and it should take about 10 minutes.

Once we receive the form we will contact you within 2 working days.
