What is this course about?

This qualification provides learners with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to work effectively within schools and colleges, particularly in support roles. Are there any entry requirements?

 You must be aged 19 or older by the 31st of August 2024, and be eligible for publicly funded  courses.  English literacy skills at Level 1 or above.

Yes. We will discuss whether the course meets your needs and is right for you.

How will I be taught?

This course will be taught via workshop in the classroom.

What feedback will I get?

Once you have completed the required workbook, this course will be completed and based on the answers provided in the workbook you will achieve either Pass or Fail.
