About our gyms
Our gym is relaxed and staffed with friendly and qualified fitness instructors. We have over 55 stations including cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and separate free weights and stretching areas.
For some extra expertise and motivation, fitness instructors are available to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Monday to Friday - 6.30am to 9pm. Lido 7.30am to 5pm
Weekends - 8am to 5pm. Lido 8am to 4pm
Bank holidays - 8am to 6pm. Lido 8am to 4pm (subject to change)
