The appointment of north London’s first Area Coroner has been hailed as a significant step forward.
Mr PA (Tony) Murphy will cover Barnet, Brent, Enfield, Haringey and Harrow as Area Coroner for the North London Coronial Jurisdiction.
Tony Murphy, who has been serving as Assistant Coroner for North London since 2021, is an award-winning solicitor and long-standing specialist in inquest law in which he has also lectured and published.
