We know that many residents have been deeply affected by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, as well as reports of rising antisemitism and Islamophobia in the UK.
November is marked as Islamophobia Awareness Month, an important opportunity to show solidarity with our Muslim communities and educate ourselves about the many ways that Islamophobia manifests in our society, while this Thursday 9 November marked the 85th anniversary of Kristallnacht, an important moment to reflect on the historic injustice of antisemitism and the danger that our Jewish communities still face today.
