The council’s much-loved Summer Holiday Activities programme is returning with a jam-packed schedule across parks, leisure centres, and community spaces. Whether it’s kicking a ball, painting a masterpiece, or breaking a move on the dance floor - there’s something for everyone.
The best part? Many of the sessions are totally FREE.
But that’s not all. This summer also sees the return of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme which is designed to support children aged 5 to 16 who are eligible for Free School Meals.
Backed by the government and delivered by trusted local organisations, HAF clubs provide free activities and a nutritious lunch to help young people stay active, healthy, and happy all summer long.
Here’s a little snippet of what’s on offer:
- Get creative with arts and crafts
- Score some goals on the football pitch
- Shoot some hoops with basketball
- Hit the dance floor
- Ace it on the tennis court
- …and so much more!
Most activities are drop-in, but a few need pre-registration so be sure to check the listings, sign up where needed, and mark the date in your calendars.
Stay updated with our "What's On?" calendar to search for all activities and events for children and young people by date, venue, or month. Events are often added to the programme, so be sure to check back regularly.
Let’s make this summer in Haringey the most fun-filled yet - sunshine, smiles and stronger communities go hand in hand.
