You must tell us:
- if your Haringey-issued Badge has been lost, stolen or damaged
- the registration number of the vehicle you are using
After you have told us, you can continue to park your vehicle as if you had your Blue Badge for 21 days – this only applies within Haringey.
After 21 days, you must make other arrangements to park legally, like using visitor vouchers.
Lost Blue Badge replacement
- Get a lost property reference number from the Online Lost Property Reporting Service.
- Including your lost property reference number, either:
- report a lost Badge on GOV.UK
- report a lost Badge by contacting us on our online form
- report a lost Badge by writing to us at Concessionary Travel
- Send a cheque or postal order for £10 payable to the London Borough of Haringey. Write your full name and postcode on the back. Send the cheque or postal order to Concessionary Travel.
Once you've reported your lost Badge and we've received your cheque, we aim to send you a new one within 21 days.
Stolen Blue Badge replacement
- Get a crime reference number by reporting your stolen Blue Badge to the police. You can:

Damaged Blue Badge replacement
- Report your damaged Blue Badge by either:
- Write to us at Concessionary Travel and include your:
- damaged Blue Badge
- cheque or postal order (write your full name and postcode on the back) for £10 payable to the London Borough of Haringey

After reporting your badge is damaged and we receive your damaged Blue Badge, clock and cheque, we aim to send you a new one within 10 working days.
