Event day CPZs

If you live in the following CPZs, your resident permit is free:

  • Tottenham Event Day
  • Tottenham Hale North Event Day
  • Tower Gardens Event Day

How we work out the cost of your permit

Costs are made up of permit charges plus surcharges:

Permit charge:

  • Battery electric vehicles: have a separate charge band (battery electric vehicles mean vehicles with wholly electrical power, and charged from an external electrical source)
  • Vehicles registered after 1 March 2001 (combustion engine vehicles): If your vehicle was registered after 1 March 2001, the cost is based on the environmental impact of your vehicle – see on GOV.UK how much CO2 your vehicle produces External link (g/km)
  • Vehicles registered before 1 March 2001 (combustion engine vehicles): If your vehicle was registered before March 2001, your vehicle's CO2 emissions aren't available. The cost of your permit is based on your vehicle's engine size (CCs)

Diesel vehicles surcharge:

  • Diesel vehicles must pay an extra £100 on yearly permits and £50 on 6-monthly permits

More than 1 permit surcharge 

All households can have 1 resident permit at the standard price. There's an extra charge for further permits:

  • 2nd permit per household: £65
  • 3rd permit per household: £130
  • 4th permit per household: £195
  • 5th+ permit per household: £260
