Shaping Tottenham is a 10-year strategy based on insights gathered through extensive community engagement over many years, including the Tottenham Voices initiative, a collaboration between us, the community, and local partners. This strategy aims to shape a brighter future for Tottenham by leveraging its strengths and addressing the key challenges highlighted by residents.

The following pages outline the vision for Tottenham’s future and detail 5 key placemaking themes that will guide the area’s transformation.

Each theme focuses on a crucial aspect of Tottenham’s development, including celebrating its cultural identity, strengthening community ties, promoting sustainability, improving safety and driving inclusive economic growth.
