Part of: Shaping Tottenham
Each neighbourhood in Tottenham has its own story, strengths, and opportunities. Based on feedback, Shaping Tottenham tailors its approach to ensure every area thrives.
Known for landmarks like the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Bruce Castle, North Tottenham will be transformed into an international hub for sports, culture, and entertainment.
The strategy will focus on creating vibrant public spaces, new homes, supporting local businesses, and ensuring that the benefits of growth reach local residents.
The bustling retail heart of Tottenham, Bruce Grove, will see improvements to its town centre and public spaces, with plans to support new independent businesses.
Broadwater Farm will focus on delivering new homes and community facilities, improving living conditions and creating a sense of pride for residents.
As a hub of enterprise and creative industries, Tottenham Hale will continue to grow as a key area for employment and green spaces.
This will include transforming the retail park into a mixed-use development, alongside enhancing local parks like Down Lane and The Paddock nature reserve.
These areas will become a cultural gateway for Tottenham, known for their international food offerings and thriving evening economy.
The regeneration will include improving public spaces, boosting the local high street, and creating a safer, more pedestrian-friendly environment.
Serving as a cultural and commercial corridor, the High Road will connect these key areas, becoming a destination for visitors and locals alike.
It will showcase Tottenham’s diversity through public art, markets, and cultural events, supporting local businesses and improving wayfinding across the area.
