Children's Continuing Care is an NHS-run service that provides a tailored support package for children and young people aged 0-17 (until their 18th birthday) with complex health needs due to disabilities, accidents, or illnesses that existing services cannot meet alone.

This service provides a support package for needs resulting from conditions such as:

Help if you're a undergraduate or postgraduate student with a learning difficulty, health problem or disability

Support for parents and carers who are experiencing difficulty in finding suitable childcare.

Information from Haringey's Social Care and Health Service on equipment, adaptations, occupational therapy and help with hearing and sight loss. 
 

You could get a bursary to help with education-related costs if you’re aged 16 to 19 and:

• studying at a publicly funded school or college in England - not a university
• on a training course, including unpaid work experience
• A publicly funded school is one that does not charge you for attending it.
