Crouch End Thames Water Pipe Replacement
Thames Water are upgrading more than 8km of ageing Victorian pipes in Crouch End in order to reduce leakage and burst pipes.
The works will take place from Monday 9 February for up to 9 months in 4 locations, with road closures and other traffic measures in place.

Station Road N22 Drainage Works
We are carrying out essential drainage repairs on Station Road, outside 10 Alexandra House. The works are scheduled to take place from Wednesday 18 February to Sunday 22 February 2026.
The footway and properties within the works area will be fully accessible at all times.
Bus stop closure (routes 184 and W3)
Both bus stops A and B will be suspended for the duration of the works.
