Resurfacing work on Philip Lane – 17 April 2025
We are carrying out essential resurfacing works on Philip Lane N15 (opposite Tottenham Bus Garage) on Thursday 17 April from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
The resurfacing will be carried out under a road closure outside the bus garage.
Traffic and bus diversions will be in place. Vehicles wanting to access High Road can follow the diversion route down West Green Road.
Pedestrian access will remain throughout.
Bus diversions
Route 341
This route will be diverted from Philip Lane along Town Hall Approach Road and Tottenham Green East before rejoining the route along Tottenham High Road.
Route 230
This route will be diverted along Town Hall Approach, into Tottenham High Road, and into Broad Lane before rejoining its route on Ferry Lane.
Bus stops
Bus stops ‘S’ and ‘T’ on Philip Lane will not be in use during this phase.
Changes to Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs)
LTN camera-controlled enforcement in the Bruce Grove West Green LTN will be temporarily suspended.
The roads/sites affected are:
- the no-entry at the north end of Mount Pleasant Road
- The Avenue junction with Sperling Road
- Broadwater Road junction with The Avenue
- Radley Road junction with Broadwater Road
- Downhills Park Road in its entirety
- La Rose Lane in its entirety
This will allow traffic to cross the LTN through La Rose Lane, Downhills Park Road, Mount Pleasant Road, The Avenue, and Broadwater Road during the disruptive phases of works.
LTN enforcement will resume on 18 April.
