The National Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) library, coordinated by the National Network for Chairs of Adult Safeguarding Boards, contains reports dating from April 2019. You can access the reports via the National SARs Library and reports website.
Findings from Haringey SABs Safeguarding Adults Reviews are published here so that learning can be shared as widely as possible to inform future practice.
