How we advertise contract opportunities
We provide a range of services to our communities, and buy a wide variety of:
- goods
- services
- works
- utilities
To help with this, contracts are established for use across Haringey via either:
- the Haringey Procurement and Contract System (HPCS)
- one of our established Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS)
Haringey Procurement and Contract System (HPCS)
The HPCS portal is where we advertise future procurement opportunities.
If you are a supplier who has actively been trading with us over the past 18 months, you have already registered.
If you haven't traded with us before, you need to register online first.
During the registration process, you will be asked to select the categories you can provide and tender for.
You can choose from the following categories:
- goods
- works
- services
Once you've registered, you will receive alerts for contract opportunities relevant to you as they become available.
You will not be able to access the system until you have received logon credentials or completed the registration process.
We use the ProClass procurement categorisation list.
Please use the following documents if you need support registering and using the system:
Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
The DPS enables suppliers to go through an accreditation process to make sure they are qualified to provide services.
Once accredited, they can bid for opportunities within the category throughout the life of the DPS (unless suspended), without having to keep going through an accreditation process.
Haringey DPS solutions is our partner site, where you can access information relating to our DPS solutions.
The DPS is used for the following categories:
- professional services and minor works: London Construction Programme
- care services:
- semi-independent living
- supported living
- home support services
- temporary accommodation:
- emergency accommodation
- private sector leasing
- managed private sector leasing
- bed and breakfast
- parks:
- leisure: sports coaching
- transport:
- special education needs and disabilities (SEND)
- taxi services
