Housing arrears policy
How we will minimise rent and service charge arrears.
This policy covers how we will approach arrears and take enforcement action for non-payment. It has been written separately from the housing income collection policy to demonstrate the council's supporting measures in place to minimise arrears if timely payment cannot be made.
