Resident engagement consultation

Part of: Consultations for housing

We believe in involving residents in decision-making to improve the housing service. We want to create opportunities for the voices and views of the residents to influence the way that we provide homes and deliver services, helping us to better match our ways of working and priorities to residents' needs and aspirations. We are committed to the Haringey Deal and resident involvement is a vital part of the way we meet that commitment too.

Since September 2023 we have established several groups and panels and have invited residents to join and help us shape our strategies. We’ve been collaborating with more than 50 residents who are providing invaluable feedback and review services including repairs, estate cleaning and supported housing, to offer recommendations for improvement and hold the council to account.

We understand time constraints might prevent some people from joining, so we want to hear from you about how you’d like to get involved and receive updates about our progress.
