Starting reception can be anxiety-inducing for autistic children and those with speech, language and communication needs. This session equips parents with tools to ensure a smooth, positive school transition.

Girls only swimming sessions (Empower Fit) – every Saturday

Girls only swimming sessions taking place every Saturday, 5pm to 6pm.

Pre-booking is required.

Please note there will be no sessions in March due to Ramadan.

Age group: 12 to 18 years old (up to 25 years for SEND young women).

The programme is run by Empower Fit and is in partnership with the Haringey Active Wellbeing Team.

Our Little Zippers classes are for 12 months (or walking) up to 4 years old and our Baby Zappers classes are for babies up until they are walking.
