Unique is a charity that aims to inform, support and alleviate the isolation of anyone affected by a rare chromosome disorder, copy number variant or single gene disorder associated with learning disability/developmental delay.

They provide specialist information relating to hundreds of different rare chromosome disorders and autosomal single-gene disorders to inform parents, carers, and the professionals working with them.

Whizz Kidz Charity

Whizz Kidz is the UK's leading charity supporting young wheelchair users up to 25 years old, providing them with the equipment and skills they need to live life as independently as possible.

Children and Young People Mental Health Service (NHS)

The Haringey Children and Young People Mental Health Service (CYPS) is an NHS-run service previously known as Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

The Haringey Children and Young People Mental Health Service provides multidisciplinary assessment and treatment of children and young people from ages 0-17 with mental ill-health or severe emotional and behavioural difficulties. It is an NHS service consisting of five teams that work closely together:

Children’s Continuing Care (NHS)

Children's Continuing Care is an NHS-run service that provides a tailored support package for children and young people aged 0-17 (until their 18th birthday) with complex health needs due to disabilities, accidents, or illnesses that existing services cannot meet alone.

This service provides a support package for needs resulting from conditions such as:

Community Paediatrics (NHS)

This is an NHS-run service. The Community Paediatric service is for children aged 0-18 (or up to 19 if still attending school) with developmental problems or disabilities and associated health problems.

CPotential Charity

CPotential is a registered charity based in North London that provides life-changing learning to help disabled children achieve their potential. They work with children and young people aged 0-14 who have movement disorders due to conditions such as cerebral palsy, global development delay or acquired brain injury.

CPotential also helps children and adults with other conditions and/or disabilities.
