If older and vulnerable residents need any help or support, then they should call 020 8489 1400 during normal office hours.

For help and support outside of office hours, including during weekends and bank holidays, the number to call is 020 8489 0000.

• #ActuallyHaringey - the Autism Hub will be closed from Wednesday 24 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026
• Connected Care is a 24 hour/365 day service, so this will be operating as normal over the holiday period
• Clarendon Recovery College:
  • ​​​​​​closed from 4pm on Friday 19 December 2025 and will reopen at 9am on Monday 5 January 2026
  • The Crisis Safe Haven telephone line is available over the Christmas period from 5pm to 8pm every day on 0800 953 0223
  • The 24 hour Crisis telephone service is on 0800 151 0023
  • Studio 306 is closed from Monday 22 December 2025 and will reopen on Tuesday 13 January 2026
  • The A Team is closed from Thursday 18 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026
• Ermine Community hub will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026
• Haynes Day Centre will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026
• Winkfield Resource Centre will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026
• Meals on wheels services will operate over the Christmas/New Year period - please check specific details with your provider

Community equipment – Provide Christmas opening times

Residents with community equipment on loan from us – such as pressure mattresses and hoists – should note that Provide, the provider that delivers, collects and recycles this equipment has the following reduced hours during the Christmas period:

• Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 December 2025 – normal service, 8am to 5pm
• Thursday 25 to Sunday 28 December 2025 – out-of-hours emergency service
• Monday 29 to Wednesday 31 December 2025 – normal service, 8am to 5pm
• Thursday 1 January 2026 – out-of-hours emergency service

Normal service resumes on Friday 2 January 2026.
