Bank holiday parking

On bank holidays and public holidays, free parking is available in all:

• on-street pay by phone parking bays
• open council car parks

Parking permits

Residents can apply for and renew resident and visitors parking permits online during the holiday period.

Applications will not be processed on bank holidays and public holidays.

Bury Road car park

Bury Road car park will operate the following opening hours over the holiday period:

• Monday 23 December 2024 – 8am to 8.15pm
• Tuesday 24 December 2024 – 8am to 4pm
• Wednesday 25 December 2024 – closed
• Thursday 26 December 2024 – 8am to 6pm
• Friday 27 and Saturday 28 December 2024 – 8am to 8.15pm
• Sunday 29 December 2024 – 8am to 5.30pm
• Monday 30 December 2024 – 8am to 8.15pm
• Tuesday 31 December 2024 – 8am to 4pm
• Wednesday 1 January 2025 – 8am to 6pm
• Thursday 2 January 2025 – 8am to 8.15pm
