Registrars

Christmas and New Year opening hours for the registrars service are:

• Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 December 2024 – by appointment only
• Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December 2024 – closed
• Friday 27 and Saturday 28 December 2024 – by appointment only
• Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December 2024 – by appointment only
• Wednesday 1 January 2025 – closed

Normal service resumes on Thursday 2 January 2025.

You can book most appointments and get information on the registrars service webpages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Help in an emergency

You can contact us the following ways if you have an emergency or an urgent faith burial to arrange:

When we are closed, please send an email to registrars@haringey.gov.uk. For anything urgent, please call our out-of-hours number so that details can be passed onto the duty registrar – tel: 020 8489 0000

On the days we are open, you can:

• email registrars@haringey.gov.uk and provide a contact telephone number
• call 020 8489 1775 between 9.30am and 4.30pm

Coroner's service

To contact the Coroner’s Service over the Christmas and New Year period please email enquiries.northlondon@coronerservice.haringey.gov.uk.

Please do not go to the court building as staff will be working remotely.
