Customer service centres

Marcus Garvey customer service centre is currently closed. If you need to see us in person, please visit the Wood Green customer service centre.

Wood Green customer service centre Christmas and New Year opening times:

• Monday 22 December 2025 – 9am to 5pm
• Tuesday 23 December 2025 – 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday 24 December 2025 – 10am to 1pm
• Thursday 25 December 2025 – closed
• Friday 26 December 2025 – closed
• Monday 29 December 2025 – 9am to 5pm
• Tuesday 30 December 2025 – 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday 31 December 2025 – 10am to 5pm
• Thursday 1 January 2026 – closed

Normal opening times will resume on Friday 2 January 2026.

We will monitor our social media channels on the days that our customer service centres are open.

As many services are closed during the holidays, we will log any social media requests and look into issues when normal services resume on Friday 2 January 2026.
