Northumberland Park

We have been speaking with residents and the wider community for a long time about the changes and improvements they want to see across the Northumberland Park estate.

These conversations have shaped the Residents’ Priorities for Improvement document and the Community Placemaking Plan. 

Together with the Northumberland Park community, we have engaged in many conversations to co-create five key priorities for change: 

• new homes to meet the needs of the community 
• increased safety for residents and their homes 
• improved open space to enjoy, play and socialise 
• safe movement and routes 
• well used spaces that serve the community 

We heard loud and clear that change is needed to create a healthier, happier, safer, and more connected community. Northumberland Park residents deserve neighbourhoods that meet their needs now and in the future.
