We are continuing to work together with residents and the wider Northumberland Park community to look at improvements across the estate to make it a better and safer place to live, work, and play.
This includes working with council colleagues to look at the viability of new homes and spaces, and improved services to residents living on the Northumberland Park Estate.
We are focusing on ensuring that Northumberland Park residents have the Northumberland Park Resource Centre (NRC) as a central hub for them to:
- Access support and activities
- Meet with council teams for help with housing and estate issues
- Talk about improvements to their neighbourhood
We are working closely with the Metropolitan Police, residents, and other community partners on an ongoing initiative tackling crime and anti-social behaviour in Northumberland Park.
Major works upgrades are planned to bring Stellar House and Kenneth Robins House back to decent home standards.
