Fire safety works and internal communal redecoration

We have refurbished the internal areas of all blocks across the estate, except Rochford and Martlesham. We'll undertake the internal communal decoration and fire safety works for Rochford and Martlesham as part of the pilot refurbishment project, starting in 2027.

This work started in the spring of 2024 and completed in March 2025. Works included installing new flat and communal fire doors and internal communal redecoration.

New communal flooring is being installed in all blocks as part of the major works programme starting in October 2025.
