Rising Green Youth Hub in Wood Green recently hosted the 'Find your FLAARE: Entrepreneurship 101 Programme' – a 12-week initiative in collaboration with FLAARE and the UK dessert brand, Pleese.
Inclusive Martial Arts: Elevated Youth's Journey to Bruce Grove Youth Hub
Last month, members of Elevated Youth Haringey undertook a journey from their usual meeting spot at Rising Green Youth Hub to Bruce Grove Youth Club. Their purpose was to explore the club's weekly free Sanjuro Martial Arts session tailored for young people with disabilities.

Jake's journey with Haringey Works

Talented Artist Sofia Andrade Marin Brightens Rising Green Youth Hub
Sofia is the newest member of Elevated Youth Haringey, our youth panel for young people with SEND, and she is a gifted artist.
The panel gathers once a month and Sofia decided to liven up their meeting room by generously donating one of her art pieces of Amy Winehouse.
Youth Panel's inspiring visit to Alexandra Palace's 'Living with' exhibition
Our latest panel meeting paid a visit to the 'Living with' exhibition at Alexandra Palace, a collection of diverse family and friendship portraits by photographer Kristina Varaksina.
While there we had the chance to meet the exhibition's organisers and get our photos taken.
Successful SEND Pathways to Employment Event: Accessible Opportunities for Youth
Last month, on 11 October 2023, we hosted our annual SEND Pathways to Employment event at Haringey Sixth Form College.
Various established providers of disability-specific employment programmes had booths at the event, offering young people the chance to learn about their schemes and how to access them.
